Clearview Oaks Paradise, also known as Palms of Paradise, was built in 1966 and 1967 as a group of low-rise buildings, several of them served by elevators. On site are a clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, a shared laundry and storage, and the association covers cable TV, internet, water, sewer, trash and exterior upkeep.
